Brie – specializing in chicken and other poultry dishes

Both worked as line cooks for approximately 3 years at the Dent County Animal Shelter before accepting their current sous chef duties in Bruno’s kitchen in May of 2010.

Their motto is, “Will work for food!”

    Truffles and Brie are beautiful! Love their motto. I’m so happy they agreed to come work for you. I use the term ‘work’ loosely of course. ;)
